The Lowe Art Lab is the studio home of Cory Austin Lowe, a Houston-based artist working in psychedelic, blacklight, pop-culture, and surreal styles — from obsessively detailed ink work to glowing UV-reactive canvases.
The work
The catalog runs wide on purpose: cyberpunk cityscapes, cosmic octopuses, Hunter S. Thompson tributes, Houston landmarks, skulls, UFOs, and more. Some pieces are quiet and meditative; others are loud, color-saturated, and best viewed under a blacklight.
Houston roots
Houston shows up throughout the work — from the Houston Skyline to the Houston City Map and the iconic Be Someone tribute. It is a love letter to the city the lab calls home.
Originals and prints
Every original painting is a signed one-of-one — once it sells, it is gone. Prefer something more accessible? The prints collection offers premium 13x19 reproductions of the work. Follow along on Instagram at @loweartlab for new drops and blacklight reveals.
