Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from Houston, Texas within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (US)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size. Prints ship flat or rolled in protective packaging; original paintings are packed with extra care.

International shipping

International rates are calculated at checkout (USPS or DHL Express). Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at lowelab@pm.me within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
